13 Layer Taco Salad
Craving a refreshing salad? Try this amazingly flavorful 13 layer taco salad. Thank you to our friend Naturally Zuzu for this delish recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of Good Foods Avocado Mash (8 small containers)
- 1 tub of Good Foods Cilantro Dip
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 (15oz) can of black beans drained
- 1 can of corn drained
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 can of black olives drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup of vegan cheddar-style shredded cheese
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- 1 cup of cooked and seasoned tofu shreds optional (or any protein of your choice)
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped red onions
- Handful of tortilla chips (plus more for serving)
Instructions:
- Prepare ingredients from above and grab a large bowl
- Layer each of the ingredients in your large bowl
