13 Layer Taco Salad

Craving a refreshing salad? Try this amazingly flavorful 13 layer taco salad. Thank you to our friend Naturally Zuzu for this delish recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of Good Foods Avocado Mash (8 small containers)
  • 1 tub of Good Foods Cilantro Dip
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce chopped 
  • 1 (15oz) can of black beans drained 
  • 1 can of corn drained 
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes 
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced 
  • 1 can of black olives drained and sliced 
  • 1/2 cup of vegan cheddar-style shredded cheese 
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cup of cooked and seasoned tofu shreds optional (or any protein of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onions 
  • Handful of tortilla chips (plus more for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients from above and grab a large bowl
  2. Layer each of the ingredients in your large bowl
  3. Enjoy 🙂
