Margarita Grilled Chicken

Margarita Grilled Chicken with Good Foods Avocado Salsa.

Ingredients:

● 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
● 1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Salsa, divided
● 1/2 cup margarita mix
● 2 tsp garlic powder
● 2 tsp salt
● 1 tsp pepper
● 1 cup pico de gallo, for serving
● 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:

1. Combine chicken, half of the Good Foods Avocado Salsa and margarita mix in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from bag. Pat dry with paper towels and discard marinade. Season chicken evenly with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Grill chicken, flipping halfway through, until juices run clear and an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached, about 8-9 minutes per side.

3. Remove from grill and allow to rest at least 3 minutes before slicing. Top chicken evenly with pico de gallo and remaining Good Foods Avocado Salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Tip: Serve chicken with rice and beans.
